We unite the King of Cheese with the great whites of Cantina il Poggio, on the gentle hills of Parma.
It will be an opportunity to bring a selection of our finest wedges for an extraordinary vertical tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano.
On Saturday, May 13 (at 11 AM, 2 PM, or 4 PM), you can taste shavings ranging from 12, 24, 36, 48 up to 90 months. Always accompanied by the five whites of Cantina il Poggio.
The experience at Cantina il Poggio lasts about a couple of hours and is divided into three exciting moments:
VINEYARD – It begins with a walk in the vineyard, with a privileged view of the vines, narrated directly by those who care for them and extract the nectar that will become wine.
CELLAR – Then continue in the cellar, discovering all the secrets of past and ancient winemaking, which blend with cutting-edge techniques.
TASTING – Finally, the tasting: five wines with as many selected pairings.
Also available are warm bruschettas with EVO oil and olives marinated in salt, both produced by Tenuta il Poggio.
Cost: 30 euros per person.
