The product pages on the site provide essential information (ingredients, allergens, origin, nutritional values, etc.). Prices, including VAT, do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and displayed before order confirmation. Please note that product images are purely indicative and may not perfectly represent the final product’s appearance, given the artisanal nature of the production.
- Purchase Method
The order is finalized with our email confirmation, summarizing the purchased products, prices, shipping costs, and delivery address.
- Payment and Shipping
Payment can be made via credit card and bank transfer. We commit to shipping the products within 3 business days from receipt of payment. The products will be carefully packaged to ensure their quality is maintained during transport. The customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the shipment.
- Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for distance contracts concerning the supply of goods that, by their nature, are subject to rapid deterioration or expiration.
Therefore, given the perishable nature of the products (cheeses and baskets containing them), the customer cannot exercise the right of reconsideration once the order has been confirmed and prepared for shipment.

The customer undertakes to provide correct and complete data for registration and purchase and to ensure that someone is available to receive the goods at the address and on the delivery day.
