Fidenza Dairy – San Michele Campagna
It is the main facility of the cooperative with a production capacity of 42 “boilers.” It is dedicated to the production of the “conventional” Parmigiano Reggiano line, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, and certified halal Parmigiano Reggiano, in various aging stages.

We are located next to the Fidenza tollbooth and Fidenza Village, making us easily accessible.
Outside the Dairy, we have installed an electric car charging station, providing the opportunity, with 2 stations, to charge electric cars for free.
We care about environmental sustainability, which is why we have installed a 170 kW photovoltaic system.
Our outlets are open 7 days a week.
There is the possibility to park even campers.
