The launch of the Parma2064 brand, in 2014, by the Cooperativa Casearia Agrinascente strengthened the collaboration between five farms based in the heart of the Po Valley.
The Parma2064 brand combines the experience and professionalism of Cascina Margherita, La Rinascente Società Agricola, Società Agricola Colombarola, Società Agricola Fratelli Tonoli and Società Agricola Vighi Mauro e Luigi.
The term Parma before 2064 in the brand name emphasises the place of origin of this premium-quality brand: as well as their dairies, the partners’ farms are also located in the farmlands between Soragna and Busseto, once home to and a source of inspiration for Giuseppe Verdi. We also like to think that Parma2064 is part of a great ode to the good things in life, where music, nature and food come together, right in the heart of the Food Valley par excellence.

2064 is the identification number given to the dairy farm in Fidenza, the first to be run by our cooperative, by Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano.
Today, as we look to the future, we are reminded of our history which began in 1979 when nine dairy farms came together to create the Cooperativa Casearia Agrinascente in Fidenza. From this past we inherited a desire to pass on a centuries-old tradition of local dairy farming and the determination to improve our methods in full compliance with the strict rules of Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano.
