A wide-ranging collaboration agreement, reached in August 2019, has united the destinies of two cooperatives involved in the production of fine foods.
As a result, the Articioc Brewery and Cooperativa Casearia Agrinascente have decided to begin working together as a cooperative, including on the commercial aspects of their businesses, based on the following principles: a mutual desire to promote the underlying concept of a cooperative, focusing on the social benefits and emphasising the value of work and the importance of the individual; and a shared interest in promoting the connection between their respective quality products, derived from their collaboration and subsequent business and promotional activities.

We believe that it is increasingly important to enrich people’s experiences with regard to food and wine. For this reason ArcheoVea and Cooperativa Casearia Agrinascente have joined forces to enhance their offering, giving tourists the opportunity to experience how Parmigiano Reggiano is made and showing people who buy Parmigiano Reggiano the degree to which this product and its supply chain are rooted in the local area and traditions.

The Food Museum of the Province of Parma

This is one of the most important food museums in the Province of Parma devoted to Parmigiano Reggiano. It is housed in the old Meli-Lupi Castle in Soragna, the historic residence of the noble family, near the fortress of the same name.
This dairy, which is no longer in use, was chosen as the location of the museum on account of its unique circular structure and because in a single room it was possible to display all the tools and equipment that were used to make cheese in the olden days.
Next to the dairy, in more recent buildings, are the reception desk, the restaurant and the museum shop, where you can buy Parma2064 Parmigiano Reggiano and tasting kits, as well as publications, posters, postcards and themed kitchen utensils.

Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano brings together all the producers of this traditional cheese. The Consortium’s mission is to protect the Parmigiano Reggiano designation of origin (PDO), to monitor and improve its production processes and marketing, to promote the consumption of Parmigiano Reggiano in Italy and abroad, and to develop and support a range of initiatives, including commercial ones, intended to promote Parmigiano Reggiano, to raise its profile and increase its popularity.
