The Agrinascente-Parma2064 dairy has proven to be an excellent example of sustainability in the agri-food industry.
The Master’s thesis, titled “Non-financial Reporting in Agri-food Enterprises According to the GRI Standard: The Case Study of Parma2064,” presented by the newly graduated Dr. Francesco Russo at the University of Parma, highlighted how international ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting standards can be successfully applied in a cooperative dairy within the Parmigiano Reggiano supply chain.
During his internship at Omnia Service soc. coop., Dr. Russo dedicated time to understanding and evaluating the impact of sustainable practices implemented by the dairy.
The result was extraordinary, earning a grade of 110 Cum Laude.
