We look forward to welcoming you to the most magical event! Open Dairies, Saturday, April 20 and Sunday, April 21, is an extraordinary journey into the world of Parmigiano Reggiano.
We will open the doors of our dairy in Fidenza (PR) to show you everything, from milk processing in large vats, all the stages up to the large warehouse where Parma2064 Parmigiano Reggiano is aged.
Guided tours throughout the weekend, the spectacular wheel cutting, tastings, and our shop always open.
The program:
SATURDAY, APRIL 20
Shop open from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Warehouse open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
Guided tours in the dairy with final tastings at the following times: 9:00 AM, 10:15 AM, 11:15 AM, 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM.
Wheel opening at 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
SUNDAY, APRIL 21
Shop open from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Warehouse open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
Guided tours in the dairy with final tastings at the following times: 9:00 AM, 10:15 AM, 11:15 AM, 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM.
