30-month Halal Parmigiano Reggiano

In the 30-month halal Parmigiano Reggiano, there is a predominant aroma of dried fruit, meat broth, and spices (such as nutmeg). The flake appears soluble, very crumbly and dry. It is a cheese particularly suitable for main courses, but it is also ideal with carpaccios (both meat and fish) or on roast beef.
In addition to complying with the regulations of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, the production is distinguished by the use of halal-certified ingredients and some processing stages in the warehouse that are carried out separately from other cheese forms. This type of Parmigiano is a product certified by the Halal International Authority.
