Straw yellow in color, it has a good olfactory impact and a taste balanced between sweet and slightly acidic. Notes of fresh milk, cream, yogurt, and vegetable notes of grass and boiled vegetables prevail. Tyrosine crystals are almost imperceptible. Ideal enjoyed alone as an appetizer or shaved over salads.
24-month Halal Parmigiano Reggiano
Straw yellow in color, it has a good balance between savory and sweet. Dairy notes prevail, enriched by flowers, fresh fruit, dried fruit, pastry, and spices. It has high friability and solubility. Perfect enjoyed alone, grated on pasta dishes, or shaved to enhance the flavors of various dishes.
30-month Halal Parmigiano Reggiano
A cheese that presents aromas of dried fruit, meat broth, and spices (such as nutmeg). The cheese flakes are soluble, very friable, and dry. It is particularly suitable for main courses, but is ideal with both meat and fish carpaccio or even with roast beef.
