It is the cooperative’s main plant with a production capacity of 42 “boilers.” It is intended for the production of the Parmigiano Reggiano “Conventional” line, in the different maturities, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and the production of Halal-certified Parmigiano Reggiano.
