Thus, Birrificio Articioc and Cooperativa Casearia Agrinascente have decided to begin a cooperative partnership that may also involve commercial aspects and is founded on the following principles: mutual commitment to promoting the cooperative model, emphasizing its social impact aspects, highlighting the value of work and human dignity; mutual interest in promoting and enhancing the synergy between their respective quality products, derived from contributions and subsequent commercial activities with high social promotion value.

We believe it is increasingly important to enrich the gastronomic experience. For this reason, ArcheoVea and Cooperativa Casearia Agrinascente have joined forces to enhance their offerings, bringing tourists as close as possible to the experience of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese production and showing Parmigiano Reggiano consumers how deeply rooted this dairy product and its production chain are in time and territory.

Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese Consortium

The Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Consortium brings together all producers of this typical cheese. The Consortium’s purpose is to protect the designation of origin of the “Parmigiano Reggiano” cheese; to oversee and enhance its production and trade; to promote the consumption of “Parmigiano Reggiano” in Italy and abroad, as well as to develop and support any initiative, including commercial ones, aimed at enhancing the “Parmigiano Reggiano” cheese and increasing its image and reputation.
