“Biologico NOP/Organic” Parmigiano Reggiano is made using traditional methods and only milk that comes from a small family-run farm. Here the cows are bred without ever being treated with antibiotics and fed with grass and fodder grown without the use of pesticides or synthetic chemical products.

This is why our “Biologico NOP/Organic” Parmigiano Reggiano has been awarded the NOP (National Organic Program) certification, since it complies with the strict regulations stipulated by the USDA, the United States Department of Agriculture, a precondition for it to be marketed as an organic product in the North American market.

Intended for customers who prefer organic products, it is available with different degrees of maturity: from 12 to 24 months and up to 36 months and over.
